Rear Silencer (G2300914): Installation

• Install but do not fully tighten the rear silencer clamp.

  Renew Part: Rear exhaust silencer clamp Quantity: 1 . 

• Install and position the rear silencer in the correct location.
• Install the rear silencer clamp into the correct position and fully tighten.

  Torque  : 55 Nm

• Make sure the rear silencer cross brace is located as illustrated.
• Install the 2 new bolts.
• Install and tighten the 2 new nuts.

  Renew Part: Rear silencer cross brace nut(s) and bolt(s) Quantity: 2 . 

  Torque  : 10 Nm 

Renew Part: Front exhaust clamp Quantity: 1 . 

Refer to: EXHAUST SYSTEM 

• Make sure the exhaust hanger brackets are fully installed.
• Install and tighten the 2 M8 x 35 bolts.

  Torque  : 30 Nm 

• Install and tighten the 8 M8 x 20 bolts.

  Torque  : 27.5 Nm 

• Install the front silencer clamp into the correct position and fully tighten.

  Torque  : 55 Nm
