Pinpoint Test I: Second Row Centre Load Through Will Not Close As Expected (60/40 Seat)

I1: LOAD THROUGH FUNCTIONALITY CHECK

1. Operate the load through. Check to see if the load through can open and close smoothly, repeat several times to check functionality.
  Does the load through operate correctly?
  
  Yes: No further action required, return the vehicle to the customer
  
  No: For Range Rover (L405) or Range Rover Sport (L494) GO to I2. otherwise GO to I3.
I2: VISUAL AND OPERATION CHECKS

1. Check the latch for damage and latching operation.
  Is there any visible damage to the ski hatch latch or an issue with the latching/unlatching operation?
  
  Yes: Install a new ski hatch latch using part number LR34647
  
  No: GO to I3.
I3: VISUAL AND OPERATION CHECKS

1. De-trim the load through and visually inspect the component for any damage or defects.
  Were any damage or defects identified on the load through hinges and latch mechanism?
  
  Yes: Install a new load through Refer to: SECOND ROW CENTER SEAT BACKREST
  
  No: Continue with further diagnosis
