Activity Key

ACTIVITY KEY Locking 

The ignition must be Power Mode 4 or below (ignition OFF). After exiting the vehicle and closing any open door, the activity key transceiver module activates for 30 seconds. The user has to place the activity key wristband against the correct location. When the security authentication is complete, the vehicle locks and arms the alarm system. The hazard warning lamps flash to confirm. If the power fold door mirrors are enabled, the door mirrors fold in.

ACTIVITY KEY Unlocking 

When returning to the vehicle, the activity key transceiver module can be reactivated with a press of the exterior tailgate release switch. The activity key transceiver module then activates for 30 seconds. This allows the user to place the activity key wristband against the correct location. When the security authentication is complete, the vehicle unlocks and disarms the alarm system. The hazard warning lamps flash to confirm. If the power fold door mirrors are enabled, the door mirrors unfold.
