Left Pre Catalyst Heated Oxygen Sensor (G2823237): Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

    Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING

  2. Remove the transmission undershield.

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION UNDERSHIELD

    Disconnect the electrical connector from the left pre Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S).

    Use the special tool to remove the left pre HO2S  .

    Remove the Special Tool(s): JLR-309-004
