Left Mid Catalyst Heated Oxygen Sensor (G2796693): Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

    Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING

  2. Remove the transmission undershield.

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION UNDERSHIELD

    • Disconnect the electrical connector from the left mid catalyst Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S).
    • Release the wiring harness from the clip.

    Use the special tool to remove the left mid catalyst HO2S  .

    Special Tool(s): JLR-309-004
