Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (G2796678): Installation

  1. CAUTION: An audible click is heard when the engine coolant temperature sensor is located correctly.

    Rotate and install the engine coolant temperature sensor as illustrated.

  2. Connect the electrical connector to the engine coolant temperature sensor.
  3. Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.

    Refer to: SECONDARY BULKHEAD CENTER PANEL - V8 S/C 5.0L PETROL

  4. Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
