Oil Pressure And Temperature Sensor (G2318746): Removal

WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping oil.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting any components, make sure the area is clean and free from foreign material. When disconnected all openings must be sealed.
NOTE:

  1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS

  2. Remove the cooling fan.

    Refer to: VISCOUS COOLING FAN

    Disconnect the electrical connector.

  4. NOTE: Position an absorbent cloth to collect escaping fluid.

    Remove the oil pressure and temperature sensor.
