Auto Stop/Start Soft Key

The auto stop/start switch soft key is located on the IDMA . The IDMA is located in the middle of the instrument panel. The IDMA connects to the BCM /GWM and the HVAC Control Module (HVAC) through the High Speed (HS) Controller Area Network (CAN) Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems bus. When the driver enables or disables the auto stop/start system, the request is transmitted from the IDMA to the BCM /GWM .
