Block Heater (G2796576): Installation

- CAUTION:
- Make sure that the surface is clean and free of foreign material.
- Make sure that the block heater cable is oriented vertically downward away from the exhaust manifold.
- Install the new gasket.
Renew Part: Block heater gasket - Cold markets only Quantity: 1 .
- Use the special tool to install and tighten the block heater.
Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1675
Torque : 50 Nm
Connect the electrical connector to the block heater.
- Install the front left wheel arch liner.

- Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.

- Connect the 12V system.
