Auxiliary Radiator (G2796571): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. NOTE: Only complete the following step(s) if the component was previously removed.

    Install the bracket to the auxiliary radiator.

    • Install the auxiliary radiator housing to the auxiliary radiator.
    • Install and tighten the 2 nuts and bolts.

      Torque  : 9 Nm 

    • Install the auxiliary radiator.
    • Connect the 2 engine coolant hoses to the auxiliary radiator.
  4. Install the auxiliary radiator to the air deflector at the 4 clips.
    • Install and tighten the nut.

      Torque  : 9 Nm 

    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 9 Nm 

  6. NOTE: If equipped.

    Install the wiring harness clip to the auxiliary radiator.

    • Install the wheel arch liner front section.
    • Install and tighten the 4 screws.

      Torque  : 5 Nm 

    • Install the 2 clips.
    • Install the front wheel arch inner moulding.
    • Install the 3 clips.
  9. Install the front right wheel and tire.

  10. Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.
