Engine Vent Oil Separator (G2344527): Installation

CAUTION:
- Make sure all the mating faces are clean and free from foreign material.
- Make sure the gasket is installed correctly.

- Install a new gasket.
  Renew Part: Engine vent oil separator to valve cover gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the engine vent oil separator.
- Tighten the 11 bolts in the torque sequence illustrated.
  Torque : 11 Nm
- Reposition the 2 pipes into the correct location.
- Connect the 2 pipes.
NOTE: If equipped.

Reposition the heatshield into the correct location.
- Reposition the 2 coolant hoses into the correct location.
- Install the 2 coolant hoses to the 5 clips.
Install the wiring harness and bracket into the correct location.
Install the charge air cooler.

Install the air filter housing outlet pipe.
