MHEV Battery Rear Junction Box - 90 (G2886137): Installation

NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.

- Remove the cover of the special tool.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-415-132
- Install the MHEV battery negative cable into the tool at the position illustrated.
- Install the cover.
- Lock the special tool using an insulated padlock.
- Install the rear MHEV junction box.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 6 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the ground cable clip.
- Connect the rear MHEV junction box ground cable.
- Install and tighten the nut.
  Torque : 9 Nm
Install the 4 wiring harness clips to the MHEV battery tray.
Install the 2 wiring harness clips to the MHEV battery cover.
Install the 2 wiring harness clips to the left side of the DC/DC cover.
- Connect the 2 cables to the DC/DC .
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque
  
  M8: 12 Nm
  
  M6: 10 Nm
Install the DC/DC terminal cover.
Close the cover on the DC/DC housing.
Install the loadspace floor trim.
Install the MHEV battery air duct.

Power up the MHEV system.
