MHEV Battery Housing Air Duct - 110 (G2422554): Removal

The following step(s) applies to: 

All vehicles 

  1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT

    The following step(s) applies to: 

    Vehicles with occasional rear seats 

  2. Remove the third row seats.

    Refer to: THIRD ROW SEAT

    The following step(s) applies to: 

    Vehicles without occasional rear seats

    Remove the loadspace floor cover.

    • Remove the 2 bolts.
    • Remove the 2 lower clips.
    • Remove the loadspace lower side trim.
    • Repeat this step for the other side.

    Remove the stowage compartment.

    • Remove the 4 clips.
    • Reposition the rear floor carpet.

    Remove the 2 clips.

    The following step(s) applies to: 

    All vehicles

    Remove the Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) battery housing air duct.
