Viscous Cooling Fan Shroud (G2413289): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. CAUTION: Take care no to damage the surrounding components.

    Install the viscous cooling fan shroud.

  2. Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  3. Secure the coolant hose with the viscous cooling fan shroud clip.
    • Reposition the degas swirlpot to the correct location.
    • Install and tighten the bolt.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

  5. Install and tighten the A/C  pipe bracket bolt.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

    • Reposition the 2 coolant hoses to the correct location.
    • Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
  7. Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
    • Reposition the wiring harness bracket to the correct location.
    • Secure the 3 wiring harness clips.
  9. Install the charge air cooler coolant pump.

  10. Install the viscous cooling fan.

    Refer to: VISCOUS COOLING FAN 

  11. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS
