Oil Cooler (G2796544): Installation

- Install 2 new o-ring seals.
  Renew Part: Oil cooler to water pump O-ring seals Quantity: 2 .
- Install the oil cooler coolant pipe connector.

Install a new gasket.

Renew Part: Oil cooler gasket Quantity: 1 .

- Install the oil cooler.
- Install and tighten the 9 bolts in the sequence illustrated.
  Torque : 11.5 Nm
- Install and tighten the remaining 9 bolts in any order.
  Torque : 11.5 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the component is installed to the noted removal position.

Rotate the oil cooler coolant pipe connector.
Install the knock sensor wiring harness.
Connect the 4 knock sensor wiring harness connectors.
Install the supercharger.

Fill the engine with the correct amount of engine oil.
Refer to: ENGINE OIL VACUUM DRAINING AND FILLING
Connect the 12V system.
