The ignition switch is located in the instrument panel. The ignition switch is hardwired to the Body Control Module/Gateway Module (BCM/GWM). When the ignition switch is operated, the 2 signal wires from the BCM/GWM are return to the BCM/GWM through 1 wire, then connects to ground.
