Front Silencer (G2409537): Installation

Install the 2 exhaust hanger mounting brackets.
- Install but do not fully tighten the new front exhaust clamp.
  Renew Part: Front exhaust clamp Quantity: 1 .
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.

NOTE: Steps 3-4 are only required if previously removed.
- Install the front silencer.
- Install and tighten the 4 exhaust hanger mounting bracket bolts.
  Torque : 27.5 Nm
- Fully tighten the front exhaust clamp.
  Torque : 55 Nm
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.
- Install but do not fully tighten the new rear silencer clamp.
  Renew Part: Rear exhaust silencer clamp Quantity: 1 .
- Install the rear silencer.
- Install the rear silencer into the 2 exhaust hanger bracket mounting rubbers.
- Align the rear silencer into the correct location.
- Fully tighten the rear silencer clamp.
  Torque : 30 Nm
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.

NOTE: This step is only required if the component was removed for access.
- Install the rear exhaust section.
- Install and tighten the 4 exhaust hanger mounting bracket bolts.
  Torque : 27.5 Nm
- Align the rear exhaust section into the correct location.
- Fully tighten the front exhaust clamp.
  Torque : 55 Nm
