PHEV Battery Coolant Pump (G2760188): Removal

WARNING:
Injury such as scalding could be caused by escaping steam or coolant. Make sure the vehicle cooling system is cool prior to carrying out this procedure.
CAUTION:
Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.
NOTE:

- Disconnect the 12 V system.

- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

This procedure involves work on components associated with the High Voltage (HV) system. Only technicians qualified to EVCP level or higher are allowed to complete this procedure.
- Drain the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) battery cooling system.

- Remove the rear left wheel arch liner.
Refer to: REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER
Disconnect the 2 coolant hoses.
Release the coolant pipe clip.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the PHEV battery coolant pump.

NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Remove the PHEV battery coolant pump from the bracket.
