Variable Flow Oil Pump With Integral Vacuum Pump (G2340141): Installation

- Install the new wiring harness.
  Renew Part: Variable flow oil pump with integral vacuum pump wiring harness Quantity: 1 .
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness to the 2 clips.
- Install the wiring harness clip.
Install the new O-ring seal.
Renew Part: Variable flow oil pump with integral vacuum pump O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .

- Install the variable flow oil pump with integral vacuum pump.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts in the sequence illustrated.
  Torque : 25 Nm
- Install the wiring harness to the crankcase.
- Install the wiring harness to the 4 clips.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the new O-ring seal.
- Install the variable flow oil pump with integral vacuum pump inlet pipe.
  Renew Part: Oil pump inlet tube O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 1 .
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 12 Nm
Install the oil pump drive chain.

Install the oil pan extension.
Refer to: OIL PAN EXTENSION
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
