Engine Oil Level Sensor (G2796679): Removal

CAUTION:
- Before disconnecting any components, make sure the area is clean and free from foreign material.
- The ignition must be set to the OFF position before completing the following procedure.
NOTE:
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

- Drain the engine oil.

- Remove the engine undershield.

WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping engine oil.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the engine oil level sensor.
- Remove the 3 bolts.
- Remove the engine oil level sensor.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seal from the engine oil level sensor.
