Piston Cooling Oil Jet Solenoid (G2300681): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the mating surfaces are clean and free from debris and foreign material.
- Install the new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Piston cooling oil jet solenoid O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the piston cooling oil jet solenoid.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 11 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the mating surfaces are clean and free from debris and foreign material.
- Install the new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Engine coolant bypass hose O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the engine coolant bypass hose.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 11 Nm
- Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
Install the BISG .

Vacuum fill the cooling system.

Install the charge air cooler.

Install the engine cover.

Connect the 12 V system.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
