Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor (G2823218): Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

    Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING

    • Remove the 20 bolts.
    • Remove the transmission undershield.

    • Disconnect the electrical connector.
    • Release the wiring harness from the clip.

    • Release the hose from the exhaust.
    • Remove the 2 nuts.
    • Remove the exhaust back pressure sensor with bracket.

    • Remove the bolt.
    • Release the hose clamp.
    • Disconnect the hose.
    • Remove the exhaust back pressure sensor from the bracket.
