Fuel Pump Module - 110 (G3152911): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the seal is correctly positioned. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

Install a new O-ring seal to the fuel pump module.

Renew Part: Fuel pump O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the fuel pump module to the fuel tank.
- Connect the fuel line.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Make sure the fuel pump module is correctly aligned.
- Use the special tool 310-123 to tighten the fuel pump retaining ring.
  Special Tool(s): 310-123
Install the fuel line to the fuel pump module.
Connect the breather pipe to the fuel tank.
Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the fuel pump module.
- Reposition the wiring harness into the correct location.
- Install and tighten the 5 nuts.
  Torque : 6 Nm
CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the surrounding trim panels.

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
- Install the second row seat cushion frame.
- Install and tighten the 5 second row seat cushion frame upper bolts.
  Torque : 30 Nm
- Install and tighten the 2 lower second row seat cushion frame bolts.
  Torque : 48 Nm
- Reposition the floor carpet.
- Install the 3 fasteners.
Install the 2 MHEV battery cooling duct fasteners.
- Install the second row seat cushion support.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 30 Nm
- Connect the 2 second row seat cushion heating element electrical connectors.
- Install both second row seat cushions.
Connect the 12V system.
