Electric Throttle (G2811112): Installation

Install the engine coolant pipe to the electric throttle.

Install the new electric throttle seal.

Renew Part: Throttle body to intake manifold seal Quantity: 1 .

- Connect the engine coolant pipe to the electric throttle.
- Install the electric throttle.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm

- Install the new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Engine coolant outlet upper O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the engine coolant outlet pipe.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 12 Nm

- Connect the 2 engine coolant hoses to the engine coolant outlet pipe.
- Secure the wiring harness clip.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
Install the air cleaner outlet pipe T-connector.
Refer to: AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE T-CONNECTOR
Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Connect the 12V system.
