Radiator (G2796575): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
    • Install the A/C  condenser and charge air radiator assembly to the radiator.
    • Install the 2 A/C  condenser upper brackets.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

  2. CAUTION:
    • Take extra care not to damage the component.
    • Make sure that the locating pegs are correctly installed.
    • Install the electric cooling fan at the 2 clips.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

    • Install the coolant pipe to the charge air radiator.
    • Install the clamp.
    • Install the 2 coolant pipe clips.
  4. CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the component.
    • Install the cooling module air deflector at the 6 clips.
    • Install the electric cooling fan wiring harness clip.
  5. CAUTION: Make sure that the locating pegs are correctly installed.
    • Install the viscous cooling fan shroud.
    • Secure the 2 clips.
    • Install and tighten the 2 the viscous cooling fan shroud upper bolts.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

  6. Install and tighten the 2 the viscous cooling fan shroud lower bolts.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  7. Install the cooling module.

    Refer to: COOLING MODULE 

  8. Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 

  9. Connect the 12V system.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
