Throttle Body (G2300693): Installation

Install a new throttle body seal.
Renew Part: Throttle body to intake manifold seal Quantity: 1 .
CAUTION:
- Make sure that the mating surfaces are clean and free from debris and foreign material.

- Install the throttle body.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts in the illustrated sequence.
  Torque : 12 Nm
Install the 2 coolant hoses.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install and tighten the coolant hose bracket bolt.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the air intake hose.
- Tighten the hose clamp.
  Torque : 3.5 Nm
Install the charge air cooler.

Fill the cooling system.
