Engine Vent Oil Separator (G2344527): Removal

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING
Remove the air filter outlet pipe.
Refer to: AIR FILTER OUTLET PIPE
Remove the charge air cooler.
Refer to: CHARGE AIR COOLER SERVICE POSITION

Release the clip and reposition the bracket and wiring harness away from the engine vent oil separator.

- Release the 2 hoses from the 5 clips.
- Reposition the 2 hoses away from the engine vent oil separator.
NOTE: If equipped.

Reposition the heatshield away from the engine vent oil separator.

Release the 2 pipes and reposition away from the engine vent oil separator.
NOTE: The bolts are captive.

- Loosen the 11 bolts.
- Remove the engine vent oil separator.
- Remove and discard the gasket.
