Fuel Tank - 110 (G2417094): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. NOTE: Steps 1-2 are only required if previously removed.
    • Install the fuel pump module into the fuel tank.
    • Connect the fuel line to the fuel pump module.
    • Install the fuel tank cover.
    • Install and tighten the 5 bolts.

      Torque  : 10 Nm 

    • Install and connect the fuel line.
    • Install the 4 clips.
  3. WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.
    • Install the fuel tank.
    • Install and tighten the 7 bolts.

      Torque  : 48 Nm 

    • Install the fuel tank filler pipe to the fuel tank.
    • Install and tighten the fuel tank filler pipe clip.

      Torque  : 3.5 Nm 

    • Install the 2 brackets.
    • Install and tighten the 7 nuts.

      Torque  : 48 Nm 

  5. Connect the fuel tank line.
  6. Install the rear driveshaft.

    Refer to: REAR DRIVESHAFT

  7. Fill the fuel tank.
  8. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
