MHEV Battery Tray - 90 (G2886132): Installation

NOTE: Steps 1-5 are only required if previously removed.
- Install the rear MHEV junction box.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
- Install the MHEV battery cooling fan.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 3.2 Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Install the DC/DC Converter cooling fan.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 3.2 Nm
- Install the DC/DC Converter cooling fan cover.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 3.2 Nm
Install the 4 wiring harness clips to the MHEV battery tray.
- Install the MHEV battery tray.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the MHEV battery ground cable clip.
Install the MHEV battery.

Install the DC/DC Converter.

Power up the MHEV system.
