MHEV Battery Breather Hose (G2422560): Removal

CAUTION:
- Before disconnecting any components, make sure the area is clean and free from foreign material. When disconnected all openings must be sealed.
- The Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) battery breather hose is a single use component and must be replaced after removal.
NOTE:
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Power down the MHEV
system.

- Remove the loadspace left side trim panel.

- Release the 2 wiring harness clips.
- Disconnect the 5 electrical connectors.
- Remove the 4 nuts.
- Remove the Audio Amplifier Module (AAM).
Disconnect the MHEV battery breather hose from the MHEV battery.
Release the 3 clips.

CAUTION: The 2 clips will break when released.
Use a suitable tool to release the MHEV battery breather hose connector.
Remove and discard the MHEV battery breather hose.
