Direct Current To Direct Current Converter Air Duct (G2422549): Removal

The following step(s) applies to: 

All vehicles 

  1. Power down the Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system.

    Refer to: MHEV POWER DOWN/UP 

    The following step(s) applies to: 

    Vehicles with occasional rear seats 

  2. Remove the third row seats.

    Refer to: THIRD ROW SEAT

    The following step(s) applies to: 

    All vehicles 

  3. Remove the left loadspace trim panel.

    Refer to: LEFT LOADSPACE TRIM PANEL - [+] 7 SEAT CONFIGURATION, 110

    Refer to: LEFT LOADSPACE TRIM PANEL - 110, VEHICLES WITH: 5 SEATS

    Refer to: LEFT LOADSPACE TRIM PANEL - 90

    Remove the Direct Current to Direct Current (DC/DC) upper air duct.

    Release the 3 wiring harness clips.

    • Remove the 2 clips from the DC/DC  cover.
    • Reposition the wiring harness.

    • Remove the bolt.
    • Remove the DC/DC  lower air duct.
