Coolant Expansion Tank (G2344647): Installation

CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the blanking cap when installing to the new coolant expansion tank

Install the blanking cap.
- Connect the coolant expansion tank outlet hose.
- Connect the electrical connector to the coolant expansion tank level sensor.
- Remove the clamp from the coolant hose.
Connect the coolant expansion tank top pipe.
Top up the cooling system to the 'MAX' mark.
Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS
- Install the coolant expansion tank.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 2.8 Nm
CAUTION: Correct installation of the coolant expansion tank cap can be obtained by tightening the cap until three audible clicks have been heard.

Install the coolant expansion tank filler cap.
- Install the upper radiator grille panel.
- Install the 6 clips.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 5 Nm
