Auxiliary Radiator (G2453431): Removal

NOTE:

- This procedure contains illustrations for right side components, left side components are similar.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

- Partially drain the engine cooling system.

NOTE: Wheel shown removed for clarity.
- Remove the 3 clips.
- Remove the front wheel arch inner moulding.
- Remove the 2 clips.
- Remove the 4 screws.
- Remove the wheel arch liner front section.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the nut.

CAUTION: Make sure the auxiliary radiator is supported at all times.
Release the auxiliary radiator from the 4 clips.

WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping engine coolant.
- Disconnect the 2 engine coolant hoses from the auxiliary radiator.
- Remove the auxiliary radiator.

NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
- Remove the 2 nuts and bolts.
- Remove the auxiliary radiator housing.
Remove the bracket from the auxiliary radiator.
