Ignition Coil-On-Plug (G2344516): Installation

CAUTION:
- Make sure that the spark plug ceramic insulator and terminal pin are wiped/cleaned dry using a soft clean cloth.
- Make sure that the ignition coil-on-plug rubber boot is pushed down fully over the spark plug ceramic insulator. Double check by installing the ignition coil-on-plug as usual and then pushing on the ignition coil-on-plug head gently for a second time to make sure that the ignition coil-on-plug rubber boot has seated correctly over the spark plug insulator.
- Install the 6 ignition coil on-plugs.
- Install and tighten the 6 bolts.
Torque : 8 Nm
Connect the 6 electrical connectors to the 6 ignition coil on-plugs.
Connect the breather hose.
- Install the 2 Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) components.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque : 10 Nm
Connect the fuel injector wiring harness electrical connector.
Install the NVH material.
- Reposition the charge air cooler in the correct location.

- Install the air filter outlet pipe.

- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
