PHEV Battery Coolant Pump (G2760188): Installation

  1. NOTE: This step is not required if the component is removed for access only.

    Install the PHEV  battery coolant pump to the bracket.

    • Install the PHEV  battery coolant pump.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 9 Nm 

    • Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Install the coolant pipe clip.
  4. Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
  5. Install the rear left wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER

  6. Fill and bleed the PHEV  battery cooling system.

    Refer to: PHEV BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 

  7. Connect the 12 V system.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
