PHEV Battery Coolant Radiator (G2756435): Installation

    • Reposition the PHEV  battery coolant radiator into the correct location.
    • Connect the 2 coolant pipes.
    • Install the PHEV  battery coolant radiator to the 4 retaining clips.
  2. Install the coolant pipe to the 4 retaining clips.
    • Install the lower active grille air shutter.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Install and tighten the 6 screws.

      Torque  : 5 Nm 

  4. Install the front bumper.

    Refer to: FRONT BUMPER

  5. Fill the PHEV  battery cooling system.

    Refer to: PHEV BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING

  6. Connect the 12 V system.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
