Right Engine Mount (G2523496): Removal

NOTE:

- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING .
- Remove the engine undershield.
Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .
- Remove the cowl panel.
Refer to: COWL PANEL .
- Install the special tool 303-021 as illustrated.
Special Tool(s): 303-021
- Install the engine lifting bracket.
Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1633
- Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque : 40 Nm
- Install the special tool 303-021 as illustrated.
- Release the pipe from the clip.
- Disconnect the vacuum pipe.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the heat shield.
- Remove and discard the engine mount nut.
- Remove and discard the 2 engine mount bolts.

CAUTION: Care must be taken to avoid damaging the surrounding components.
- Use the special tool 303-021 to lift the engine assembly 30 mm.
- Remove the engine mount.
