Fuel Supply Line (G1900185): Installation
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
Make sure that all the O-ring seals are correctly installed before connecting the fuel supply line connectors.
- Install the fuel supply line to the vehicle.
- Connect the 2 fuel supply line connectors to the engine.
- Install the upper fuel supply line bracket to body bolt.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the 2 wiring harness clips to the upper fuel supply line bracket.
- Connect the fuel supply line to body clip.
- Install the fuse box if previously removed.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the body brace and fuel supply line rubber mounting.
Torque : 55 Nm
- Install the cowl vent screen.
- Install the windshield wiper pivot arms.

- Raise the vehicle on the lift to an appropriate working height.
- Connect the 2 fuel supply line connectors to the underbody fuel lines.
- Install the lower fuel supply line mounting bracket nut.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip to the lower fuel supply line mounting bracket.
- Install the front left fender splash shield.

- Lower the vehicle to the floor.
- Connect the battery ground cable.

- Bleed the fuel system.
