Coolant Pump (G2244107): Installation

  1. Install the coolant pump and bolt.

    Torque  : 9 Nm 

  2. Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
  3. Connect the electrical connector and install the 2 clips.
  4. Install the left air filter housing.

    Refer to: LEFT AIR FILTER HOUSING .

  5. Install the air filter outlet pipe T-connector.

    Refer to: AIR FILTER OUTLET PIPE T-CONNECTOR .

  6. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  7. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
