Cooling Module (G2292257): Installation

- Install the cooling module. Install and tighten and 4 bolts.
Torque : 9 Nm

- Install the cooling module protector.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
Torque
M12 Bolts: 90 Nm
M10 Bolts: 45 Nm
- CAUTION: Take care not to damage the O-ring seals during installation.
- Install the upper Air Conditioning (A/C) pipe and new O-ring seal. Install and tighten the bolt.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipes O-ring seals Quantity: 2 .
Torque : 20 Nm
- Install the lower A/C pipe and new O-ring seal. Install and tighten the nut.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipes O-ring seals Quantity: 2 .
Torque : 20 Nm
- Install the upper Air Conditioning (A/C) pipe and new O-ring seal. Install and tighten the bolt.
- Connect the left side coolant hose to the charge air radiator.
- Connect the right side upper coolant hose to the radiator.
- Connect the degas pipe.

- Connect the hose to the charge air radiator and secure the clip.
- Install the coolant pump. Install and tighten the bolt
Torque : 9 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector to the coolant pump.
- Connect the left side coolant hose to the radiator.
- Secure the 4 coolant hose clips to the cooling fan shroud.
- Connect the right side lower coolant hose to the radiator and secure the 2 clips to the cooling fan shroud.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Install the 2 mounting brackets. Install and tighten the 6 bolts.
Torque : 9 Nm
- Install the air duct.

- Connect the air duct to the left side air filter housing.
- Connect the air duct to the right side air filter housing.
- Install the left air filter outlet pipe.

- Install the engine undershield.

- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Vacuum fill the cooling system.
- Install the front bumper.

- Charge the A/C system.
