Left Heated Oxygen Sensor (G2244152): Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

    Refer to: LIFTING

  2. Remove the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD

  3. Remove the left catalytic converter.

    Refer to: LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER

  4. CAUTION: Make sure the H02S wiring harness is not twisted more than 180 degrees and is not in contact with the exhaust.

    • Disconnect the electrical connector and release the 3 clips.
    • Using the special tool, remove the left Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S).

      Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1666
