Winter Tire Speed Limiter Set (G2345022): Configuration

NOTE:
  • Make sure the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved diagnostic equipment is up to date with the latest calibration file.
  • This upgrade is at the customers expense and is not to be claimed under warranty.
  1. Connect the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved battery support unit.

    General Equipment: Smart Battery Chargers 

  2. NOTE: The Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved diagnostic equipment will read the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for the vehicle and automatically take the vehicle out of 'Transportation mode' if required.

    Connect the JLR approved diagnostic equipment to the vehicle and begin a new diagnostic session.

    General Equipment: Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment 

    • Follow the JLR approved diagnostic equipment prompts.
    • Select 'Service'.
    • Select 'Tire size (rolling circumference)'.
    • When prompted, select 'Winter tire'.
    • Follow all on-screen instructions to complete the task.
    • When all of the tasks are complete, exit the session.
  4. Disconnect the JLR approved diagnostic equipment.
  5. Disconnect the JLR approved battery support unit.
