Chassis Control Module

The Chassis Control Module (CHCM) is the main controller of the Adaptive Damping (AD) system. The CHCM locates behind the loadspace side trim panel on the left side. The CHCM is attached to a bracket with 3 nuts. The bracket is secured to the vehicle body.

The CHCM receives a fused power supply from the Rear Junction Box (RJB). The Body Control Module/Gateway Module (BCM/GWM) provides an ignition signal for the CHCM. The CHCM communicates with the other vehicle systems on the High Speed (HS) Controller Area Network (CAN) chassis systems bus.
