Low Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly (G2767447): Installation
- WARNING: Make sure the fuel pump module seal is correctly installed. Fuel may leak from the fuel pump module if the fuel pump module seal is incorrectly installed.
Install a new fuel pump module seal.
Renew Part: Fuel pump O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .

NOTE:
- Make sure the 2 fuel pipes are fully connected.
- Make sure the fuel vapor pipe is fully connected.
- Connect the 2 fuel pipes.
- Install the fuel vapor pipe.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
Make sure the wiring harness is located in the correct position.
- Make sure that the sock filter is installed correctly to the base of the fuel pump module.

CAUTION: Make sure to install the fuel pump module in the position noted during the removal.
Install the fuel pump module.
- Use the special tool 310-123 to tighten the fuel pump retaining ring.
Special Tool(s): 310-123
- NOTE:
- To secure the quick-fit connections, push down onto the fuel pump module spigot until an audible click is heard. Lightly pull back up to make sure that the primary latch is engaged. Then push the steel band inwards until flush with body of connector to provide secondary latching is effective.
- Make sure the 2 fuel pipes are fully connected.
- Make sure the fuel vapor pipe is fully connected.
- Connect the 2 fuel pipes.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.

NOTE: Only install a new fuel vapor pipe bracket, if a new fuel pump module needs to be installed.
Install a new fuel vapor pipe bracket.
Renew Part: Fuel vapor pipe retaining bracket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the fuel vapor pipe.

- Install the fuel pump access cover.
- Install and tighten the 4 nuts.
Torque : 9 Nm
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Align the seat anchor points with the seat cushion trim.
- Install the second row seat cushion.
- Connect the 12 V system.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
- Fill the fuel tank with the amount of fuel recovered during the draining procedure.
- Bleed the fuel system.
