Right Powertrain Mount Bracket (G2318448): Installation
- Install the right powertrain mount bracket.
- Install and tighten the 5 bolts.
Renew Part: Engine mounting bracket to engine bolts Quantity: 5 .
Torque
- Stage 1: 55 Nm
- Stage 2: 120°
- Install the new O-ring seal to the rear coolant pipe.
Renew Part: Water outlet connection O-ring seals Quantity: 1 .
- Install the rear coolant pipe to the right powertrain mount bracket.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the new O-ring seal to the rear coolant pipe.
- Install the new O-ring seal to the front coolant pipe.
Renew Part: Water outlet connection O-ring seals Quantity: 1 .
- Install the front coolant pipe to the right powertrain mount bracket.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the new O-ring seal to the front coolant pipe.
- Install the powertrain upper support insulator.
Refer to: POWERTRAIN UPPER SUPPORT INSULATOR .
- Vacuum fill the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
