Crankshaft Pulley - Vehicles With: Non-Electric Vehicles (G2110217): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure that the component is correctly located on the dowel.

    • Install the crankshaft pulley.
    • Install the special tool.

      Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1630 

  2. CAUTION: Working in a diagonal sequence, progressively tighten the bolts.

    Install and tighten the 4 new bolts.

    Renew Part: Crankshaft pulley bolts Quantity: 4 . 

    Torque 

    1. Stage 1: 37 Nm 
    2. Stage 2: 90° 
  3. Remove the special tool.
    • Install the accessory drive belt.
    • Remove the locking tool and make sure the accessory drive belt is correctly tensioned.
  5. Install the front right wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER .

  6. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .

  7. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
