Crankshaft Pulley - Vehicles With: MHEV (G2298836): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure the crankshaft pulley is correctly installed.

- Install the crankshaft pulley.
- Install the special tools.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1630 , JLR-303-1686

Install and tighten the 4 new bolts.

Renew Part: Crankshaft pulley bolts Quantity: 4 .

Torque
1. Stage 1: 37 Nm
2. Stage 2: 90°

Remove the special tools.
Install the belt integrated starter generator belt.
Refer to: BELT INTEGRATED STARTER GENERATOR BELT - VEHICLES WITH: MHEV .
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
