Rear Silencer (G2297530): Installation

NOTE: Steps 1-2 are only required if previously removed.

Install the 4 exhaust hanger brackets to the exhaust system.
- Install the Active Exhaust Module (AEM).
- Install and tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque : 3 Nm
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.

- Install the new exhaust clamp to the exhaust silencer.
  Renew Part: Rear exhaust silencer clamp Quantity: 1 .
- CAUTION: Make sure that the component aligns with the installation mark.
  
  Install the rear exhaust silencer.
- Make sure the exhaust hangers are fully installed.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 24 Nm
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 24 Nm
- Tighten the rear exhaust silencer clamp.
  Torque : 55 Nm
- Connect the AEM electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness to the clip.
