Intermediate Exhaust Section (G2297594): Installation

NOTE: Only complete this step if the component was previously removed.
- Install the exhaust mounting bracket to the intermediate exhaust section.
- Install the front exhaust mounting bracket.
NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
- Install a new the gasket.
  Renew Part: Intermediate exhaust pipe gasket Quantity: 1 .
- With assistance, install the intermediate exhaust section.
- Install and tighten the 5 bolts.
  Torque : 24 Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Install the wiring harness bracket.
- Install and tighten the 3 new nuts.
  Renew Part: Intermediate exhaust pipe to catalytic converter nut(s) Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque : 24 Nm
Install the rear silencer.

Install the engine undershield.
Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .
