Exhaust System - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2299329): Installation

NOTE: Steps 1-3 are only required if previously removed.

Install the exhaust hanger brackets to the rear exhaust section.
- Install the front exhaust mounting rubber.
- Install the exhaust hanger bracket to the front exhaust section.
- Install the Active Exhaust Module (AEM).
- Install and tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque : 3 Nm
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.
- Install a new gasket.
  Renew Part: Catalytic converter to front muffler gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the exhaust system.
- Install and tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque : 24 Nm
- Install and tighten the 7 bolts.
  Torque : 24 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector to the AEM.
- Install the wiring harness to the clip.
- Install the wiring harness bracket.
- Install and tighten the 3 nuts.
  Renew Part: Exhaust downpipe nuts Quantity: 3 .
  
  Torque : 24 Nm
Install the engine undershield.
